To use a Frog scooter, download the free app for Android or Apple. Link a payment method in the app and go through the following steps:

1. Find a Frog e-step near you

. Check in the app where the nearest e-step is located. In the app you can also see what the battery percentage of the scooter is.

2. Unlock with the app

Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock the vehicle and start your ride.

3. Park the scooter.

Done with the ride? Check in the app where the nearest return location is and put the scooter back. 

4. End the ride

Press ‘lock e-step’ in the app to end your ride.

How much does it cost to use Frog?

To be able to go on the road with a Frog scooter, you pay a starting rate and a rate per minute.

To unlock a vehicle you pay an average of €0.42 and then €0.10 per minute for use. For a 15-minute ride, you pay €1.92.
